GENERAL SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES:

 

Prices and payment policy:

 

All prices are indicated and will be invoiced in €.Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19 % is not included in the prices. Customer resident in the European Union (EU) are liable for VAT.  Please ensure you supply us with your VAT Number on all orders.

All subscriptions orders, incl. costs for postage and handling are payable in advance.

Payment may be made by check* (*only by remittance over € 150,00), by bank transfer, or by credit card. We accept VISA, Master-/Eurocard, Diners Club.

 All  subscription orders are entered for the  calendar year , i.e. January to December, for the volume(s) produced in that year.

We reserve the right to change listed  prices without previous notice.

The cover prices of periodicals are valid in Slovak Republic only.

 

Agency discount:

The standard journal discount to all subscription agents and booksellers is 5 % (before shipping costs).

 

Back-volumes and single-issues:

Notice of availability and prices of back-volumes and single-issue can be supplied  on request. Prices of archival volumes and single back-issues may be higher than the printed subscription prices.

 

Change of address:

Please inform us of any change of address 4-6 weeks in advance, indicating the name of journal, new  and old addresses .

 

Claims and cancellations:

Claims for replacement of lost or demaged copies must be received within 6 months of issue date

 (at dailies- 2  weeks of issue date, at weeklies - 4 weeks of issue date).

In the event of cancellation, no refund can be made once the first issue of the year has been dispatched.

 

To ensure proper fulfilment  of your  subscription order we should receive it by the  30th November 2010.
